This is a great place to stay! Cecilia was the best hostess ever. The room was comfortable, beakfast taste very good and centrally located. If I return to Roma, this will be the place to stay. Great!!

I basically can understand the positive reviews of the others, the staff is really really professional and nice and this hotel is situated in the very center of Rome. BUT, it depends where your room is, you could have really really bad sleeping quality. we stayed three days there and we had really awful nights. Apparently, our room is exacly next to a neighbor building, where you can hear the person next door very clearly. we got waken up several times in the night because of the music and the talking. and there is a huge construction in the neighbor building going on, so we got waken up like at 830. the hotel staff is nice indeed, but if you cannot rest in a hotel, it doesnt matter how nice the pillows are. The really poor sleeping quality is a deal breaker. We would avoid this hotel.

Very good staff, very good location, good breakfast , comfortable bed . Bus stop and metro is in walking distance. If you are going to use public transport better to buy day ticket. Free and fast internet.

We arrived late and the staff were very welcoming even at midnight! Throughout our stay the staff have been great and the rooms are cleaned well and very modern! Would recommend! 5 min walk from Vatican City and 20 min from other busy areas! Also local cafes and restaurants which are good!

We have just returned home following a great 3 nights in Rome and 3 nights in Naples. The Grand Vatican Suites were a great base for us in a good location. All of the main tourist sites were in walking distance or easy reach by metro, the nearest station is just a short walk away. We were greeted at the apartment and the check in process was great we were given a map and told of all the best places to visit including some great little places for a bite to eat. Breakfast was lovely and we were encouraged to order as much as possible. If we didn't like what was was offer they were all to keen to get something else for us. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfy. Our room has the odd scuff mark on the walls but nothing to complain about. For the time we spent in our room it was perfect. Would definitely stay here or one of the other properties owned by Luigi.
